1 of a Kind Medical Services provides clients with caregivers and companionship services designed to help and enhance the lives of those who wish to remain in their own homes. A qualified nurse will provide a free assessment at your home, in the hospital, the nursing home, an assisted living facility, or wherever is convenient and comfortable for you.

We can meet with you one-on-one or with your family or friends to discuss the level of home care you need. We accept most Long Term Care insurance plans, including VA and Medicaid, as well as private pay arrangements.

Our Home Care Services Include:

Daily Activity Assistance
In-home care following surgery or a hospital stay
Long-term home care for chronic conditions
Part-time or full-time care at an assisted living facility or nursing home
Respite care
Comfort and support for the terminally ill
Postpartum care following the birth of a child

Medicaid

1 of a Kind Medical Services is a licensed Medicaid provider. This program helps pay for necessary medical services for in-need and low-income persons.

Medicaid is funded through state and federal government money. The Department of Human Services (DHS) runs the Medicaid program in Arkansas. If you have questions, 1 of a Kind Medical Services can provide assistance with the application process.

ARChoices

1 of a Kind Medical Services is ARChoices provider. ARChoices is an Arkansas statewide listing of services for older adults and people with disabilities.

ARChoices is designed to help you locate long term services and supports. ARChoices provides home care for persons who due to physical, cognitive, or medical reasons require a level of assistance commonly provided in a nursing facility.

The goal of this program is to provide services that assist eligible persons to remain in their homes or live with family in order to prevent or delay institutionalization. If you have questions, 1 of a Kind Medical Services can provide assistance with the application process.

V.A. Benefits

1 of a Kind Medical Services is a licensed provider through the office of Veteran's Affairs to provide home care services.

If you receive health care benefits through the VA and need home health care, 1 of a Kind Medical Services can help!
